RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns
Sparkles Candles' offers a 14-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Items returned without a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
SHIPPING INFO
We aim to post items out within 2 days of the date of order (sometimes faster), but as most items are made to order, there will be occasions where this is not possible. If there is a delay in despatch, we will let you know.
Diffuser care:
Whilst diffusers are relatively care-free, they should always be used with caution. Place your diffuser on a flat surface, at least 10cm from walls. Do not place directly on wooden furniture to avoid damage spillage. Keep out of the reach of children and pets at all times. Keep away from naked flames and DO NOT light the reeds. For best results, carefully invert the reeds each week paying attention not to spill liquid on any surfaces.

I usually stick to the same fragrances but this time I tried 2 new ones, unfortunately I have found them to be a bit overpowering and have had to move one of them out of the room we use most frequently, this was the diffusers. The two wax melts were also new to me but they are very nice.
